In being able to cater to the latest high-powered guest devices and online behaviors such as content streaming, Lodge at Tiberon recognized that its pre-existing guest service network was in need of a significant upgrade in order to maintain continued high-levels of guest satisfaction throughout the property. To achieve this goal, property leadership determined that it needed to partner with a reputable provider of advanced Wi-Fi technology with the industry expertise needed to ensure access to a high-speed and consistent internet signal within each guestroom and throughout the hotel’s public areas.
