With its legacy network becoming outdated and risking a reduction in guest satisfaction due to slow speeds or dropped connections, Resort management immediately understood the importance of upgrading its Wi-Fi infrastructure. With a property’s Wi-Fi quality able to make or break reputations, San Vicente Resort determined that it needed to work with an established industry expert capable of addressing the latest online guest expectations. Central to the success of any upgrade project would be the ability to guarantee a high-speed and stable Wi-Fi connection throughout all areas of the resort and regardless of the number of guest devices attempting to connect at any one time.
