INTERVIEW & HIRING PROCESS

Making a career change can be a big step and we want our interview process to be as straight forward as possible. To make this easy for all involved, here’s a rundown of what to expect:

Step One – Application

Once we have received your application, a member of our Talent team will determine if you are a match for the position and get in touch to schedule an exploratory call to find out more about your experience.

Step Two – Work Sample

For most positions, we will ask you to complete a skills based take-home work sample to gain insight into your strengths, how you solve problems and prioritize your work. Our Work Samples are designed for you to demonstrate how you would apply your knowledge and experience to a real life situation you might encounter within the role you are applying for.

Step Three – Hiring Manger Interviews

You will have the opportunity to meet the Hiring Manager, your prospective team and a variety of stakeholders across the business who are involved in the area you are applying for. We have a relaxed dress code in the office so feel free to dress in whatever makes you comfortable.

During the Hiring Manager interviews, we will be assessing not only your qualifications and fit for the role, but also your fit for our company culture, which is equally important to the team. As part of this, we encourage you to take a look at our Culture and Values above to understand what qualities and attributes we look for in employees. Remember, this is also your chance to interview us to make sure this feels like a good fit for you.
